Is there anyway to make Windows 98 look like XP? (Fading menus, new taskbar, title bars, and buttons, at least the fading menus.) I've seen how installing the Internet Explorer service pack makes Win95 look like 98 and I'm wondering if there is anything to do this for Win98.

The fading menus require alpha blending only available on win2k/xp. Almost everything else can be achieved with Windowblinds and iconpackager.

please look for another program called "object bar" on following site http://www.stardock.com/products/objectbar/media/ here u atleast have to pay 20$ if i find any other free software i will let u know
