That file "MACXW4.DRV" is a file associated with your ATI video card. If we can't help you, ATI should be able to.

MSIMN caused a general protection fault in module MACXW4.DRV at 000a:00003094. I am getting this message when I try to open up outlook express. My screen resolutions is 1152x864 at 24 bit. Thanks in advance for any help. Brandon

frontpage 2000 stops dead. macxw4.drv appears to be the problem.
opening my computer, internet explorer, recycle bin, all causes the error message of page fault ....macxw4.drv... any suggestions??? thanks for any help.

Go to www.ati.com put in macxw4.drv Go through their help documents. They'll help you determine what version of your ATI video card driver that you have installed and will have a link on updating it
