I get so tired of typing my e-mail address. Is there a way to hit one key and enter it into a form or whatever?????

if you have a yahoo messager or msn messaeger, try to save it there,"remember my id and passwrod to this computer", hope it will help you some how!

I use Clipomatic, it is a clipboard editor that you set to run at startup (uses 1% of resources). It has two sets of clipboards: one that retains the last 10 clippings where the latest uses MS Clipboard and the second clipboard (which is what you are seeking) is a permanent clipboard that you can add 10 items to.

Normally, to use the paste funtion you would/could hit ctrl+V to use this one you hit ctrl+alt+V.

It is a little weird at first using it but once you get used to it, it is very simple.
