lost outlook express

Trying to free up space on my 1 gig hard drive, I corrupted my Outlook Express so that I couldn't access it. On the recommenation of a tech at my IP I uninstalled it prior to reinstalling it. Then I discovered that Microsoft no longer supports Win95 and I couldn't get Outlook Express back. The more I did the worse things got. Also lost MIE 5. I reinstalled Win95, got on the web but now I have MIE2. Any suggestions about how I can retrieve both IE5 and Outlook Express 5? I have someone elses old Win 98 disc. Can I load that or can I buy a newer version (not xp.)

Bob, You can also download IE 5 at the link below. It's a complete download and will take some time on a dialup connection.

Hi y'all,

Bob,
Check some of the free ISP disk's that come in the mail, like AOL earthlink etc...Most all of those have an IE on them...Some with 5.0, 5.5, 6.0

May I suggest IE501 SP2 on Tufenuf's link.

It's a good reliable browser for W95 and is not overbloated.
