Lost Network Neighborhood

I reformatted my Win 98 PC and then carefully reinstalled my drivers. I actually have 2 computers networked at my house. I was able to save many essential files through the network on the 2nd computer. However, after reformatting, my computer has no Network Neighborhood! I installed the NIC drivers and I have internet through the cablemodem, but no network! Which logon choice should I select: Windows Logon, Client for MS Network or MS Family Logon? I do have the TC/PIP protocol. What am I missing?

yes, install the Client for MS Network then you might not want to use a password
then you might want to switch to windows logon after everything is working that way you should have to login at boot just don't remove Client for MS Network just switch the login method.
you logins should have to be the same but in some setup you might want to setup users on both system. I don't and haven't had to.
