Hi,
I went in and deleted all my cookies, and now when I go to sites and enter my password manually, I'm having trouble logging in. Is that because I deleted every cookie? I did check previous posts, hope I'm not duplicating. Thankyou.
That's the advantage of cookies and the problem when you delete them.

Nothing wrong with deleting your cookies. Maybe you are entering the data wrong for ID and Password? Most passwords are case sensitive. When you delete cookies next time, just leave the ones you want to save. I delete cookies never less than twice a day. Remember, do Cookies first THEN Temporary Internet files after.

You can set IE to remember your passwords then when you delete cookies it won't matter.
In IE, click Tools, Internet Options, click the Content tab, click Auto Complete, and check 'User names and passwords on forms', and 'Prompt me to save passwords'.
When you get to the web site, click or double click on the name box, when the name comes up click on it and the password will be entered for you.
