I deleted my address bar by accident and now I can't get it back. When I right click the taskbar area and select Toolbars, I see only : Desktop, Quick Launch and New Toolbar. Also the Quick Launch area is double height. Start, Taskbar, Quick Launch and Clock are all OK.

Are you talking about the address bar on the taskbar, or the address bar in Internet Explorer?
If in IE, right-click the menu bar and click Address Bar

Glad it fixed it.
Just a little hang-up I have. I think it is always best to try scanreg /fix at first when you get a possible registry problem. This rebuilds your "current" registry and often fixes the problem.
Scanreg /restore can cause minor problems because the old registry does not match the current program & file structure which means you may have to reload the odd program or put back changes you had made.
If scanreg /fix doesn't do the trick you have lost nothing, because you can still then do scanreg /restore anyway.
