Is there a ways I can lock a certain folder with a password or make it so that it's not visible. I would prefer it if it wasn't visible at all and only I could find it and have access to it with a password. Is this possible?

In the view menu you can set to not show hidden or system files or folders. If you use the properties tab to assign the hidden attribute to whatever, and set as I described above the file or folder won't show. You can assign different attributes for each directory or assign globally.
