does anyone know what LOADQM and Microsoft Qmgr are. They are always trying to access the internet and always in the running tasks. Can I delete them. Do I need them? Many thanks.

They are installed with MSN Messenger, and can be safely disabled in MSCONFIG / Startup tab.
They are to do with MSN Explorer Query Manager...whatever that might be !!
Messenger will work fine without them.
I also deleted the loadqm.exe file from C:\Windows, and have had no problems.

If, like me, you have no need for that MSN stuff then uninstall/delete the lot.
