Does anyone know where I can get a list of different run codes for Windows 98SE. I know MSCONFIG but I want to know others for example the code to check what hardware I got in my PC.

After rereading your post several times, I have determined that by code, you actually mean command. A full list is available by looking at C:\windows\command. Anything that ends with .exe or .com can be run.

However I suspect that you wish to learn about the hardware installed inside your computer. With a packard Bell, the first place I would look is the sticker on top of the case. The next would be device manager (right click on my computer and choose properties). A more detailed report could be generated with a program such as 'everest home' or 'belarc advisor' (both freebees).

If this does not answer your query, please rephrase your question.

http://computing.net/windows95/wwwboard/forum/162802.html contains a list I provided.
For the hardware it is the hwinfo /ui command.
To run these go to Start, Run, type in the commands from there.
