My friend has ntl Broad Band and Linksys Router,it was set up to share his laptop and PC. Everything was working ok until he had a problem with his modem,ntl engineer came and swapped the modem. The broadband works fine without the router connected but after the router is connected he keeps getting 192 router IP address. We have tryed everything from rebooting to ipconfig release and renew but it keeps giving 192 IP address. Any help would be appracitaed. Thank you in advance. I cant open my Internet Explorer after getting spywrae. I installed adware and spybot and evrything has cleared. But when I open the Internet Explorer I get this msg cannot find 'file:///c:/secure32.h

Hi have you ticked the box marked 'clone Mac address' & enable dhcp . http://www.networklab.co.uk/cmodem/linksys.html with out it it doesnt work , Ntl lol, how long did you spend on their help line before realising they havnt a clue? or care?. ps got the t shirt. :)
