I have a color printer with 3/4 of the ink still available. But everything I print comes out different shades of green or yellow. Can anyone Help?
Howdy, You could have a bum ink cartidge but you might want to try cleaning it first. Other than that there is not much I can suggest over the web besides calling Lexmark.

You're out of red ink in the cartridge. If the on screen ink level shows the cartridge is still 3/4 full, it really isn't showing the actual amount. It guesses at it, by the number of pages printed. You use more red than other colors just doing regular printing. If it doesn't spray red when you do a "clean nozzle" test, try wetting the print nozzles on the cartridge, let it set a few minutes, then wipe it in one directin with a clean cloth, then do the nozzle test. If the cartridge has a vent hole in the top, blow into the cartridge to force ink out. If none of that works, it is out of red for sure.

My printer is printing in red ink only. I replaced it with a new cartridge, it printed in colors on one page and then started back to red ink only. What could be the problem?

I had trouble with my printer i am using windows 98 and i decided to remove it and re install it only to find that my disk has an error in it HELP how can i down load the program off hte net
Summary: Does anyone have an updated copy of the Star NX-1000 printer driver for Windows 98? The one I have is: "STAR9E.DRV 38,176 05-11-98 8:01p" Many thanks in advance....
