Latitude CPi A series

I bought my Latitude (Latitude CPi A-Series, IC Class: B ICES-3) from one of these Internet places and formatted Hard drive first. Then installed windows 98 (the OS that was available) and now the computer show many problems. It does not have the correct video drivers and … I tried to get to dell site but they are asking for money before knowing your name! Could some body tell me what to do?

you should try to get the restore disk from dell.
