When logging onto my laptop, I cannot get into my system. The computer continues to remain on the Dell menu, and then will switch to windows xp menu, the screen then blinks and restarts to the dell menu and then to windows xp. i tried to log on in safe mode, but it continues to do the same. tried to run from disk, but it says all is clean. any suggestions?
