I have Win95, Pentium 200 MHZ, 2 hard drives, 32 MB Ram. I was checking out things and this is what it says.
(Model 2 Stepping 2)
64 byte Prefetch Queue
8 KB On-chip (L1) Data Cache
4 KB On-Chip (L1)Code Cache
256 KB Off-Chip (L2) Cache
Now for the question, shouldn't L2 Cache be On? Please, help. Thanks.

Question answered above. L2 is "off-chip", not "off". It's not on the actual chip.
