On my older version of Windows 98, I have bundled in Kodak Imaging. On my later version of Win 98, it was not a part of the disk set.
I dunno why. But can I install ONLY the Kodak Imaging portion from the older 98 version on to the computer with the newer version. I do not want to overwrite any of the O.S. on the newer computer.
I currently have the two computers connected via a LapLink cable. I can set the original disk into the older computer and read from there, I can set it into the drive on the newer computer, or can read direct from older computer to newer one.
What way is best to write (if possible) Kodak Imaging onto a Win 98 SE computer.
Oh, and to fould things up a bit. There is no, zero, directory or entry on original disk to say yes or no to installation of K.I. Once installed, you could bleep it out, but not stop it at first loading.

By default, Kodak Imaging is installed in 98SE. Go to add/remove programs, windows setup, and check the box for Imaging. You'll need Your disk, unless you have your installation files backed up. I.E. usually in C:\windows\options\cabs
