Comment:

I would like to set up a key command on my laptop that opens Windows Explorer but I don't have the Windows key to use with the "E" key. How do I assign a command for the keys?

TIA

DJMike

If you have a shortcut to Explorer. Right click it and select Properties. In the 'shortcut' tab you will see a place to assign shortcut keys.

Hey
The best I can come up with is to left click on my computer and drag it to the quick launch area of your task bar. Then you can right click and explore. If you don't have quick launch, right click on the task bar, choose toolbars, and select quick launch. You can then drag and drop items to it or right click and delete items.
