Why would I receive a general protection fault in module kernel32.dll when using Filemaker Pro 4.0. What is happening and how can I correct this problem. It usually occurs after I am done using the program and am exiting.

I keep getting an: Invalid page fault in module kernel 32. dll at 0167:bff7b992 . Even after I did everthing my computer said to do can you help me? it close's out my progran when it does that.

I have received an error message that will not go away, and will not alow me to shut my computer down. The error message reads "page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 0167:bff9db61" can anyone please help???
