Kernel32.dll help plz

umm I have the same problem and I'm sure it's not a virus because I don't have the marijuana leaf you guys are saying and also I reformatted my computer but the results were the same. First it would say the "file" is linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL ........ (some symbols) then "file" A device attached to the system is not functioning. Can anyone help?

Go to http://www.dll-downloads.com and download the missing kernel file from there, or any other missing "dll" files you may need

Also... How do I replace this .dll with the one I just downloaded? Windows won't let me because its being used. Not that it'd work anyway, I just thought I'd clutch at the straw...
