We have a laptop which had a problem 6 months ago, but we did not need it until now so here goes. We thought that it had a hard drive problem, so we ran Norton utilities via MSDOS and everything seems fine. When we go to reboot to windows 98 we get a message refering to the following JA^ASUP and the computer reboots itself and restarts in safe mode. Anybody know what JA^ASUP is? (Is it something to do with the Java setup?) If there is a solution to this it would be much appreciated as the only other alternative is to format the hard drive and start again. Thanks in advance,

Garyb
