Go to 'Control Panel' and select 'Display' icon, then select 'Appearance' tab. Then in the ITEM box scroll down and select 'Message Box'. You will then see the Font type come up underneath and 2 little buttons, 1 says 'B' [bold] and the other says '/' [italic] and press it if it is already depressed and look at the little window above and you should notice if it changes, those windows just show you how things will look when you change them, then select 'apply' and things should be back the way you want them. Your email has seperate buttons to change settings, just highlight what you want changed like in wordpad or other text editors.
