Hi:I have the cleaner(Anti trojan latest version) and Norton antivirus 2001 how ever during Running the Cleaner I got the following Bleu screen: Windows A fatal exception OE has occured at 0028:c192544f in vxd NAVEX (02)+0008124F the current application will be terminated + press any key To terminate the current applicaion + press ctrl+ alt+del again TO restart your pc u will lose any info.in all application press any key to proceed OK any comments many thanks.
Ok. Firstly no, a conflict did not cause this exception. It is a page fault error and i have no hesitation in suggesting you uninstall Norton Anti Virus and then re-installing it. If you receive any further illegal operations or fatals, post back and we will work from there.
