I Have A Deskstar 14GXP DTTA-37101 10.1 Hard Drive.
It Specifies Interface DMA PIO-4. But In Bios Its Getting Mode 2. This Is Plugged Into A Matsonic Mobo IDE Port, Not A Controller Card.

So What Ide Like To Know Is Will A UDMA-33 Controller Card Support Mode 4?

Right Now Its Max Is 16.0 And I Want 33.0

PIO Mode 4 is 16.6MB/sec, and is NOT DMA. DMA Mode 2 will support 33MB/sec. Not sure if this answers your question, but that's what I know.
