irq conflicts are the cause of some freezes but not many. If you have any exclamation marks in device manager disable those devices and reboot and see if you become stable.
I recommend a more detailed description of the symptoms. Almost always there was a precipitating event, and if you can remember it, great. If not, a good symptom description goes a long way.

You only have one IRQ (#11) being shared. ACPI IRQ Sharing is not really a device. It is used when an IRQ is being shared by multiple devices. And yes PCI devices can share IRQs.
