I was wondering if this configuration was correct.

ipconfig.txt

Windows 98 IP Configuration

Host Name . . . . . . . . . : DAN

Node Type . . . . . . . . . : Broadcast
NetBIOS Scope ID. . . . . . :

Then there are two entries for the adapter.

Hi Dan,
That configuration is extremely incomplete.
There is no address for >
IP Address.
Subnet Mask
Default Gateway
DHCP Server

There is no 'adaptor' for you ISP,
You can't connect to the internet?

Go to Start / Run
type in Winipcfg

Take a look at the connections, do you see your IP address and the other's, then click on 'more' do you see the needed address's?

Assuming you will not, go back to the first screen, click on 'Release All' , then click on 'Renew All' then do the same on second screen,

Reboot, go online, check winipcfg again, have those settings been restored?

Here's a site that will help you with this: Winipcfg

Post back the outcome,

:)
