I was wondering if this configuration was correct.

That configuration is extremely incomplete.
There is no address for >
IP Address.
Subnet Mask
Default Gateway
DHCP ServerThere is no 'adaptor' for you ISP,
You can't connect to the internet?Go to Start / Run
type in WinipcfgTake a look at the connections, do you see your IP address and the other's, then click on 'more' do you see the needed address's?
Assuming you will not, go back to the first screen, click on 'Release All' , then click on 'Renew All' then do the same on second screen,
Reboot, go online, check winipcfg again, have those settings been restored?
