Anyone know about GRC's IP agent?

It's supposed to verify your true IP address for the Shields up test, right?

The problem is, it doesn't seem to be able to do so for me. When I use it online, it just uses the same proxy address from my firewall. And when I try it offline, it says, No Local IP's!

Can anyone explain this, please?

Try this. Go to Start/Run and type in Winipcfg. See if it is the same IP as what GRC has. I never actually used the agent. It's just easier to run winipcfg.
