When you come knocking on my front door, I am going to want to know who you are before I let you in. No need to be paranoid unless you have been stalking little girls or boys via the internet, and if so then I am glad we have your IP address so we can hopefully stop you.
Again, you don't go stalking children on the street either.

Do a search for "anonymous proxies" or "anonymous proxy list"

to sum up what's been said, you'd need a proxy server of some sort...hiding you ip with just some program won't work b/c that addy is where the webpage sends everything after you've requested it....in other words, you'd never recieve any data, not much fun..
