we have a problem with files in eplorer (right click on start select explore}
I can access files say thru "WORD" I can click on file/open/etc & access the files. BUT... I cant see them in my explore anywhere. How do I get them back there?? Also how do I put a shortcut link in the task bar near "start"?

Hi hugabug, To add a shortcut in the taskbar, just drag and drop whatever you want to that area just to the right of the Start Menu. I hope this is what you are asking. Good Luck, ~winipcfg
Please sit back and relax while Windows 98 installs on your computer.

The area next to the Start button is called the Quick Launch toolbar.
Added by right clicking on an unused portion of the Task Bar, wave over Toolbars and select Quick Launch.
