Something is screwy with the modem driver. The warning in plain english is: The virtual device driver (VxD) can't access a .DLL file (Dynamic Link), so the Rockwell Vbis 42 chip (ROKV42) can't access one of the modems (type 367B) onboard functions (service 8001). Check your Modem makers website or Windrivers for a replacement driver.
