Try a repair of IE.

Life's more painless for the brainless.

Recheck that message "very" carefully (I've never heard of ieexplorer):

iexplore.exe is Internet Explorer

explorer.exe is Windows Explorer

iexplorer.exe is a Virus

If it is iexplore.exe then try IE Repair as already suggested. If it's iexplorer.exe then run your AV checkers etc.

some other bloke...
