Hi! i have a problem with my sistem, (windows 98) it never shuts down, when i want to shut down my computer appears at the screen a mensage "windows is shutting down" but it nevers shut down, why? and what can i di to fix my problem...pls

Hiram, if you are using win98SE there is a shut down patch located at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
