The problem I am having is pages won't load..not really pages but mostly graphics, but not all graphics, just enough that ebay shopping for us is a real pain. My aol won't stay connected for more than a few emails at a time either..but i can stay connected to the internet. Little by little other things went too, like my scanner isn't detected & my digital camera hook up won't detect the camera (had to buy a flashpath to upload pix). When I started having trouble w/ my aol..I went back & forth a million times between adelphia & aol..last thing adelphia told me was that I needed to reinstall windows, they thought I had a bad dll file & were blaming the zone alarm that I had on here (which is off now, but I need some kind of protection). Whether they were blowing me off because they had no idea..not sure..that's where you come in!
