At the top of the internet explorer program, there are the buttons (stop, refresh, back, forward, etc...) if u right click on the right of the last button, you get the option of adding other things like links, or you can add/remove the address bar. How do you get rid of some of this options because some of mine are useles.everytime i rightclick next to the last button, i don't want to have all the things i have right now. i do not want to remove any buttons, just the option that lets you turn on select buttons.

Right click and customize.. then you should be able to move whatever buttons you dont need.

If you dont need everything, right click and click off standard buttons..

Hope that helps

If you are saying you want to get rid of some of the drop down options, then maybe there is some way to get at them via the registry. My feeling is that you don't have to use them and it's not worth the trouble (and risk) trying to remove them.

I hope I've properly understood your query.
