Ok my internet explorer doesn't have any of the normal buttons such as view refresh or home. Nor does it have an adress bar or the buttons like my favorites. I have tried right clicking on empty space on ie toolbar but the only options I get is closed restore or minimize. Any help needed. Thanks Crimson

Crimson, Put your cursor over the lower edge of the Toolbar until it changes into a 2 sided arrow then hold your left mouse button down and drag downwards. If your Toolbars & Address bar appears release the left mouse button.

Have you tried Alt + V to bring up the view menu?

I screwed up mine once and couldn't figure out how to fix it. I think I did a registry restore. Exit to dos and at the prompt type scanreg/restore and enter. Choose a registry to restore with a date that precedes the problem.

If you are getting the double headed arrow then the toolbars are there. Are you holding the left mouse button down and dragging downward?

If the window menu isn't visible (file, edit, view, etc.), perhaps a repair of IE is in order. Click "settings", then "add/remove programs" and highlight "Internet Explorer". Click "add/remove", then "repair Internet Explorer". Post back results.
