CPU/Ram: Celleron 1.7/1024Ram

Each time i leave a Site I get the message that Lexplore has permormed illegal act and will closed down,I have recently installed IE6 and when I attempt to repair it by going to the add remove programs it doesnot give the option to do so!! How do I get to repair Internet Explorer???

See what other folk think, but maybe you could go back to previous IE (if that option is available) then go to Windows Update and get IE6 again.

Go to Start, Run, copy and paste this in, enter. Should bring up the repair option.

rundll32 setupwbv.dll,IE6Maintenance

Hi Valarie... You, me and many others have had nothing but problems with the Win98/IE6 combo. Some users will no doubt disagree with this. I went back to IE5.5 SP2 and all probs went away.
