internet explorer problem

hello all
hopefully someone can help,my internet explorer stops working right after about 5 to 8 minutes after loging on
i have tried reinstalling it several times to no avail,ive used the repair tool also,didnt work either,i am able to use yahoo messenger just fine,and also an online game but I.E wont load any more webpages after about 5 to 8 mintes,ive checked the dns info,its all there,also msn chat wont work either
any suggestions would be welcome aswell as any advice,

Try clearing out the 'Temporary Internet Files'.
Tools/Internet Options/General tab
(Delete all offline content).

i usually do that on a daily basis,any more suggestions? or is my I.E mesed up for good ?

Since M$ does not offer the option to REMOVE IE, this sometimes helps:
