Recently the power went off and now my Internet Explorer gives me the error when I run it:
Please check your Content Afdvisor settings for missing informatioin.
I have run the Internet Explorer repair tool and have reinstalled IE with no effect. I also tried disableing it as I don't use it but it won't disable, it either freezes or it doesn't do anything. Once it allowed me to disable only to reenable as soon as I clicked apply. Any help would be appriciated.

Posting the workaround for the content advisor is of questionable value, as some (naive) parents snivel that :"You've just given my teenager access to all those porn sites!" This is a joke, as my nine-year-old can thwart the stupid content advisor in a matter of seconds...and personally, I could care less what they want to view online. It's not that I'm an irresponsible parent, just a realist. Censorship of any kind is never productive, IMHO...
So, email me Raylene, and I'll send you the fix (which is amazingly easy!)

1. Open regedit (Start, Run, Regedit) and navigate to below key:
Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows \CurentVersion\Policies\Ratings
2. Remove the key called Ratings. This will disable content advisor.
