i m getting problem withmy internet explorer, everytime i open the explorer a SEARCH FOR page opens which i think is a spyware, i have tried to remove it through hijackthis, yahoo anti spy, have deleted recetly loaded files from windows folder but the problem remains the same, i want explorer to open a blank page, have resetted the internet options too, deleted all the history n offline files n cookies,,,,,pls help.....how to get rid of this s---ty thing..... marc gujral

Download and run cwshredder (the stand alone version) and adaware SE personal. Did you have your hijackthis log checked here?

As regards your HijackThis log, you might find it best to first try it on this website: HJT DETECTIVE This will pinpoint known malware/viruses which you can remove immediately. You then run HJT again and paste the "new log" into the link that DAVE gave above. It should now be a little easier for you to manage because the more obvious badies will have been removed. Derek.W
