Comment: using Win 98 SE, Pent 3 IE 5.5 won't always clear the History or Temporary file when hitting Clear Now. Sometimes closing / launching browser and repeating still doesn't work. The Days to Keep History files is set to "0", but occasionally cold booting doesn't wipe the files. Have run Repair IE under Add/Remove programs, Repair Internet Explorer option.
