I have my xp machine hooked up to my girlfriends 98se machine. Last night I disconnected my laptop from the network, and now her computer can't access the internet. I have the two connected by a crossover cable, and the internet coming into my machine. the subnet mask is set right at 255.255.255.0 and I have the default gateway on her computer set at 192.168.0.1 which is my computer. Any thoughts?
