When i go onto the internet my resources say that i am down to 24%. There is nothing out of the ordianary running in task manager. Before i go to the internet, the resources are at 90%. What could be causing this?

You have answered your own question...the internet is taking the resources it needs, leaving 24%. Is this a problem, the 24% I mean? Remember, you only have 128mb of ram to play with.

System Resources have nothing to do with RAM (and RAM has nothing to do with system resources). Two entirely different and separate kettles of fish. "Resouces" are two little (64K -- that's correct -- "K") memory files that Windows uses for specific housekeeping chores. How much of these files that is available has no effect on anything until they drop to zero, so things work just the same with 90% as with 24%.

Hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and let us know what you find there. And you are right. System resources have nothing to do with RAM.
