Reply: (edit)So let me get this straight. You called your ISP regarding a problem you're having with their service and they couldn't help you? Weird. Ok. When you open your device manager, do you see your external cable modem listed? Does it have any yellow exclamation or question marks by it? My advice to you would be call your ISP back and calmly ask them to help you get back online, if they fail to offer you that service, find a new ISP. afterall, that's their job. -
