I get intermittant Network access..no harware or software was changed...problem just suddenly started. Internet is sometime-ish and email only downloads 13 emails at a time then loses server access.(network is 6 node 5 Win95 and 1 XPHome with internet access. Only one machine has this problem, the machine is a dell gx260 and is using Netware Software)

Check for some device / appliance along the string that's generating EMI / RFI interference. I assume your connection is NOT wireless. If it were, I'd check the antenna orientation too. Sometimes a loose network cable can cause. If you haven't installed any new hardware recently, I'd rule out a "sudden" device conflict with the NIC. Have you checked your machine(s) for Spyware / Trojans???
