Dude, you need to start Direct Cable Connection on both pcs, enable file sharing and have a name for each pc if you can' do that, you might try pcanywhere (as far as I know intersvr/interlnk can't recognize a cdrom,if that's what you are trying to do,since this is in dos)

I used INTERLNK / INTERSVR.exe to connect a Windows 3.11 - 486 laptop to Win 95 - Pentium I desktop. Worked great for a while, but eventually corrupted Windows 95, to 16 bit mode only. I now want an alternative, since Direct Cable Connection is not supported by Win 3.11

Search for RAS for Win 3.11 on the net. I read about it some time ago. You can set it up to connect two PCs (one 3.11 - one 3.11, Win9x or WinNT) via NullModem line.
Hi, I am from Indonesia. I have a problem when connecting two computers because I have no interlnk.exe and intersvr.exe files. So, can I have that two files from you ? Thanks
