Intelli Explorer problem with USB

I have an Intelli Explorer Mouse, but it seems like it doesn't want to be detected on the USB. It keeps on saying Unknown USB Device.
This is my system.

I went to the microsoft website and Installed the new software that they have which is 4.01 or was it 4.12 ANyways, it didn't work for me. Can anyone help me find this unsolving mystery?

Im not exactly sure as to whare you are in terms of computers, but i wont take a chance so ill go with the basics: First, go to your controll panel, then click "system" once you are in there you should see a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it. Right click on it and hit properties, then click re install driver. The installation screen should come up and when it does, use the driver you downloaded to install the mouse manually.
