Intel Motherboard Unknown Device

I have a new system using an Intel D815EPFV motherboard. Everything works fine except the Windows 98SE continually finds a new "Unknown Device" on startup. Windows cannot locate a driver and no additional information is given. I assume it must be due to system resource on the motherboard. Any ideas?

Check in comp properties..and and see wat items are in yellow or red!

If u have MoBo CD..may be some devices in mobo need drivers in that CD!
