I have formatted my hard disk to reinstall Windows 95. However, the problem is, my cd-rom driver needs to be installed again. Where can I download software to do that? Please send a message to my e-mail address (ferrybruin@hotmail.com_

have you installed win95 yet? if so, harddrive automatically checks for preinstalled driver unless you got some new cd rom. Plan B is look at the label and try to find what company and what brand.
if the problem is of getting access to CD ROM from Dos prompt, then try five first letter with colon at the end. (like a: b: c: d: e: f:) e: or f: should work.

You should make a startup-disk, that installs your CDrom when booting.. Then you have CDrom support and you can install w95

Ferry, a standard Win95 bootdisk doesn't have CD-ROM support. Go here & download a new bootdisk:
Note that the file that you download is not the actual bootdisk...it's a program to CREATE a bootdisk. Download it to your desktop, then just double-click the file & follow the prompts.
The CD drivers on the bootdisk will work with MOST CD's. If you still can't access your CD, post back.
