CPU/Ram: 500 celeron

Hello I tried to install win98se it stop at the begining with either suwin error or even gpe .. is there any thing wrong with the m.b or my copy of windows plse help every thing else on the system is ok like H.D ..cards and so on

suwin caused general protection fault in user.exe in module 00001 xx
