That's an executable file and not the driver itself. It's probably a self extracting file with the driver(s) inside. Create a folder and put that file in it, then run (double click) the file. Hopefully it will extract the file(s) into that folder. Then go to the Device Manager like OldHobo says. Select the Monitor>Properties>Driver>UPdate driver follow the directions that follow and point to the folder with the driver when it gets to the right point where it's looking for it.
