Thanks for taking the time to read my question. My first question is: what are the advantages of installing your OS on a seperate hard drive. My second question is: what do people mean when they say, "a 72-hour burn in." what is the burn-in process and how does it affect your system. Thanks in advance.

Putting your windows system on a separate hard drive (or partition) from your data makes it much more convenient for doing a 'system' backup or restore.
A 'Burn In' is nothing more than running a new system hard to try and get any weak components to fail. This might avoid it hanging on until the warranty runs out.
